Our Client is seeking a Permanent In-House Counsel based in Jersey

This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the functions within a leading financial services company. The successful candidate will provide legal advice mainly focused on the corporate administration services, collaborating closely with senior management and key stakeholders across various teams. Responsibilities include handling corporate governance, contract review, data protection advice, and supporting legal compliance. The position requires a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE, prior experience in a cross-jurisdictional or offshore environment is advantageous, and knowledge of AML legislation and regulation is desirable. In-house experience is welcome but not essential.
