Seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator (6 month FTC)!
This is a key position in the wider Strategy and Change Team, supporting the effective delivery of internal communications, engagement and change programmes, working with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement and the wider department. The aim of the role is to assist in the day to day responsibilities of the team, planning, managing and refining content across internal channels, increasing employee awareness, understanding, and engagement, by closely managing communication volumes.
Requirements:
- Experience in a role with transferable skills into Internal Communication
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of all levels of stakeholders and subject matter experts
- High levels of accuracy in proof reading, drafting and a passion for paying attention to detail
- Superior time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
