Our Client is seeking a Junior Crew Services Officer to join its team based in Guernsey.

This exciting role is with a leading independent provider of bespoke private yacht services. You will be the primary contact for crew employment and payroll, managing contracts, certifications, and liaising with clients, captains, and crew to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, making it suitable for candidates with client/customer-facing experience.  Previous yachting experience would be helpful, but is not essential.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
