Our Client is seeking a Junior Lending Specialist

A great opportunity has arisen to join a growing financial services organisation in Guernsey as a Permanent Junior Lending Specialist. The role involves working within a busy front office lending team, reviewing mortgage and loan applications, and supporting credit assessments. Full training will be provided, making it ideal for candidates looking to start their career in banking or lending.

The ideal candidate will have good administration skills, accuracy, and strong communication. A willingness to undertake relevant qualifications such as CEMAP is preferable. A cooperative attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
