A leading financial services company based in Guernsey is looking to appoint a Learning and Development Manager.  The role contributes to the organisation’s growth by designing and implementing effective learning strategies and programmes to develop staff capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Learning and Development, with strong communication and leadership skills. Experience within financial services is preferred.
