Our Client is seeking a Legal Administrator based in Jersey
Join a reputable financial services firm as a Legal Administrator, supporting fee earners with a full range of administrative tasks including diary management, document preparation, court bundling, and client meeting arrangements. The role involves assisting with data management, billing, and marketing support to ensure the smooth operation of the legal team.
Ideal candidates will have strong administration experience gained within a professional services environment, excellent organisational and IT skills, and a proactive, flexible approach. A graduate or equivalent qualification is preferred, along with knowledge of MS Office and document management systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.
