Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their in-house Legal team. The successful candidate will join a growing team and business, working closely with the General Counsel on an interesting and diverse legal workload covering a number of locations. Requirements:

• We are looking for a lawyer with significant post-qualification experience, ideally in a commercial law firm or in-house legal term.
• Corporate / funds law experience or prior in-house legal experience (particularly if gained within a regulated environment) is advantageous.
• CGI and/or STEP qualifications are advantageous. You will be supported to achieve such qualifications if you wish to do so.
