Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel!

Based in Jersey, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services company. You will be a key member of the in-house legal team, providing legal advice to senior management and the Board on complex fiduciary structures, trusts, and offshore entities. The position involves working closely with external advisers and supporting legal, regulatory, and compliance matters within a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Jersey advocate or English Solicitor/Barrister with experience in trust, company law, and UK tax law. Knowledge of fiduciary structures, legal documentation, and regulatory frameworks is essential. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and excellent communication skills are required.
