Our Client is seeking a Permanent Legal Counsel for a Financial Services Company

This role is based in Jersey and involves providing comprehensive legal advice to the Board and senior management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external advisers on complex fiduciary structures, trusts, and offshore entities, ensuring compliance with local regulatory frameworks.

Candidates should have previous experience in a law firm or trust business, with a strong knowledge of trust, company law, and UK tax law. Qualified Jersey advocates or English Solicitors/Barristers are preferred, and awareness of the JFSC regulations is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.
