An exciting new opportunity for a Legal Governance Senior Manager!

The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage the in-house governance team responsible for the company's legal services business.

The applicant will have strong stakeholder and people management skills. In addition, the candidate will own and have a confident working knowledge of Legal's governance frameworks, ensuring these continually align with ongoing regulatory requirements and industry best practice.

Requirements:

• Strong managerial experience in industry and/or professional practice with relevant Legal/ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualifications

• Strong people and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of regulatory environments with experience of liaising with regulators, an advantage

• Strong technical skills and service delivery

• Superior organisation, administration and communication skills to undertake work at a high-level and of a confidential nature

• Supportive of change and have the ability to adapt to the continual roll-out of innovative tools and processes
