Our Client has an opening for a Legal Secretary based in Jersey.
This role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners and Partners within a legal team. Key responsibilities include diary management, document preparation, client correspondence, event organisation, and record handling.
The successful candidate will possess previous legal secretarial or PA experience, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, and excellent communication skills. A background in legal documentation and a professional, proactive approach are essential. The ideal applicant will be flexible, discreet, well-organised, and able to work effectively under pressure in a team-focused environment.
