Our Client has an opening for a Manager within its Asset Services team

Based in Jersey, this role  offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing operational team within a leading financial services business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience gained  within the financial services sector, along with strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence, risk management, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing and developing teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing process improvements aligned with our client's values

Requirements include demonstrated leadership experience in financial services, deep knowledge of operational processes, and expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead through change are essential, with additional consideration for familiarity with wealth management operations and certifications in leadership or operational excellence.
