Our client is seeking a Business Innovator to join their IT team.
As part of the IT team you will lead on technology innovations ensuring process efficiency when delivering and excellent service to clients.
Reporting to the Senior Business Innovation Manager, you will be supporting the business transformation and change management through appropriate application of innovative technical solutions and guidance of colleagues.
Your focus
- Improve the way that the organisation delivers services to its clients and optimise the organisations operational processes
- Increase consistency of system usage, enforce maximum use of core systems and enable accurate and complete output
- Reduce operational touch points by joining together core business systems, link workflows to underlying systems through use of API’s or use robotic desktop automation to improve process efficiency and delivery of any required training
- Optimise the way that data is loaded into and extracted from core business systems
- Improve management information to provide visibility of current and scheduled business processes
Your experience
- Strong academic background
- Knowledge of FRS, IFRS and US GAAP and experience using Investran or Yardi systems
- Ability to effectively builds and maintain network both inside and outside of the organisation
- Highly accountable focused and delivers on commitments
- Innovative, identifying opportunities for change to increase success
