Manager, Group Client Operations

Our Client has an opening for a Manager within its Group Client Operations team

This role, based in Jersey, involves developing effective management of data and internal processes for our client. The successful candidate will work closely with a team to build robust procedures, integrate NavOne and other technologies, and ensure staff proficiency to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training, maintaining data management systems, supporting projects, and collaborating on strategic operational improvements. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' operational experience, managerial experience, and proficiency with NavOne.

Candidates should be highly organised, dependable, with strong communication and leadership skills, and a good understanding of accounting theory. Experience in internal project management is preferred.
