Our Client is seeking a Manager for its Operations and Business Support team in Guernsey
The role involves managing client and in-house entity registries, maintaining statutory data, overseeing filings, and leading transformation projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant Trust and Company environment, ideally with professional qualifications such as CGI or STEP, and demonstrated familiarity with the Guernsey Registry submissions. A strong understanding of operations, risk management, and cross-jurisdictional private wealth services is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and team mentorship.
