Seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Services!

Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Manager or Senior Manager, Corporate Services - to join their team. The role involves overseeing administration functions and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Holds a professional qualification such as STEP, CGI (previously ICSA), Accountancy or Legal
• 5 - 10 years experience serving Corporate clients
• Good understanding of Employee Benefit Trusts
• Proven ability in managing structured finance structure
