Our Client is seeking a Manager - Compliance Policy and Regulatory Engagement Lead!

This leading financial services company in Jersey is recruiting for an experienced Compliance Policy and Regulatory Engagement Lead to join their Risk & Quality team. This role involves developing and maintaining the company's compliance framework, managing regulatory relationships, and overseeing AML/CFT and CPF policies across Jersey and Guernsey.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Compliance, CDD, and Risk, with relevant experience in compliance monitoring, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. A professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, or ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance is desirable, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with local laws and regulations and experience working with regulators will be advantageous.
