Our Client is seeking a Manager - Independence, Ethics and Business Conduct

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional with experience in Advisory to join a leading financial services company based in Jersey. This role involves leading the Independence, Ethics, and Business Conduct team to ensure compliance with global and UK standards, delivering training, monitoring policies, and supporting regulatory reviews, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of independence and ethics requirements (including IESBA guidelines), proven experience in compliance monitoring, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. A relevant professional qualification, such as ACCA or ICAEW, is required, along with 3-5 years of related experience.
