Manager/Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Our Client is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager, Human Resources to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of HR strategy across multiple jurisdictions
  • Responsibilities include General Employee lifecycle administration and employee relations
  • Workplace planning, talent and recruitment, and involvement with the L&D strategy
  • Streamlining and analysis of data and HR systems to ensure business efficiencies are maintained, and key objectives met
  • Payroll and support of the employee engagement and cultural initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR generalist role, ideally within the financial services industry
  • Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions (UK, Crown Dependencies or similar) is desirable
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Jersey and UK employment law
  • Understanding of HR best practice across the full employee lifecycle
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a high level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
