Our Client is seeking a MLCO, MLRO, CO for a small start up Trust Company!

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance professional to join a Jersey-based trust company. The role involves overseeing the company's AML and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory obligations are met, and maintaining strong risk assessments. You will provide reports to senior management and act as the primary contact with the JFSC on regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of relevant experience in trust or financial services compliance, hold recognised compliance or STEP diplomas, and be familiar with Trusts. Experience engaging with the JFSC and Jersey residency are essential.
