Our Client has an opening for a Junior Systems Accountant within its Finance Team

This role will suit a part qualified accountant with a keen interest in the more technical areas of finance. As the Junior Systems Accountant, you will support our Client's financial systems, configuration changes, and enhancements.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining our Client's finance systems on a day-to-day basis
• Reviewing system performance and identifying issues
• Reviewing and maintaining all finance systems policies and procedures
• Training and supporting colleagues in the use of finance systems and procedures
• Managing system upgrades with the Finance and Information Services department
• Working with business intelligence software

Requirements:

• Broad knowledge of accounting systems
• Comprehensive Excel or BI reporting skills
• Working knowledge of financial reporting systems and their applications
• Experience working in project and BAU environments, ideally within a professional services business
