Office Administrator (20 hours per week)

Our Client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, efficient, and well-organised working environment
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, and appointments, including preparing meeting rooms and materials
  • Assist in maintaining records, filing systems, and databases in line with compliance and data protection standards
  • Order and manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers and contractors as needed
  • Support the wider team with document preparation, printing, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist in the organisation of company events and staff onboarding activities

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A friendly and professional manner, with great communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other workplace systems
  • A proactive and reliable approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
