Office and Operational Administrator

Our Client is seeking an Office and Operations Administrator to join their team on a full or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of a dynamic team while enjoying a varied, non-client-facing position
  • Reporting to the company directors, you will provide essential administrative support, including diary management, document preparation, and coordination of meetings
  • Assist with core fiduciary and corporate processes such as AML/KYC tasks, maintaining registers, and liaising with vendors
  • Managing filing systems, compliance monitoring, and supporting operational improvements

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a regulated or financial services environment is preferred, with knowledge of Jersey’s regulatory landscape advantageous.
