Our Client is seeking a strong Administrator to support their Fiduciary Management team.
In this role, you will provide confidential administrative support to the Fiduciary Management team, assisting with filing, preparing meeting packets, handling client correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks. You will also handle ad hoc reports, coordinate payments, and support team members during absences. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure smooth client service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
