Our Client is seeking an Onboarding Adviser to join its Client Lifecycle team

This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Client Onboarding experience. The primary focus will be to serve as a relationship coordinator, bridging the gap between the business (cross-Line of Service Engagement Teams and their Clients) and the KYC Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to AML-related queries and update teams on onboarding status.
• Guide clients through the KYC process, ensuring necessary documentation is collected.
• Act as liaison between KYC Operations and client/engagement teams.
• Charge onboarding work accurately for management reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in KYC, CDD, AML, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and client structures.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• AML certification is beneficial.
