Our Client is seeking an Onboarding & People Administrator
Join a leading financial services company in Guernsey as an Onboarding & People Administrator. You will support the People function by coordinating onboarding, managing colleague records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires previous experience in HR administration, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of HR processes, strong attention to detail, and a professional approach when handling sensitive data. Experience within financial services or multi-jurisdictional HR operations is desirable. A CIPD qualification or ongoing professional development is advantageous.
