Our client, a leading financial services company based in Guernsey, is hiring a talented Pensions Manager to join their team. The role involves managing pension administration operations, overseeing a portfolio of schemes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong knowledge of pension schemes.
Candidates should be educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent, with at least 6 years' relevant experience and a professional qualification. Strong negotiation, analytical, and business writing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and build client relationships effectively.
