Our Client is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner!

Based in Jersey, this role offers an excellent opportunity to support a high-performing financial services organisation. The successful candidate will have proven HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle, with strong knowledge of Jersey employment legislation. CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred. Your role will include providing trusted advice to leaders, driving people initiatives, supporting organisational change, and fostering an inclusive workplace. Strong communication, data analysis skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders from senior leaders to entry-level staff are essential.
