Our Client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager!

You will manage campaign setup, execution, and performance analysis, focusing on achieving measurable customer and commercial outcomes. The role involves working closely with various teams to enhance website conversion, digital acquisition, and data-driven optimisation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop in-house performance capabilities and utilise AI tools to streamline workflow.

The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing digital campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, with a strong analytical mindset. Experience in website content optimisation, SEO, conversion rate optimisation, and working with agencies or digital partners is essential. The role requires stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle multiple markets and campaigns effectively.
