Property & Office Administration Manager

Our Client is seeking a Property Administrator and Office Manager to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property and site management, including liaison with contractors and industry professionals
  • Provide office management and administrative duties in support of the business and principal
  • Undertake a range of Financial Administrative responsibilities
  • Provide Executive Support to the Principal

Key Requirements:

  • Discretion and confidentiality will be key
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  •  Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think ahead
  • Knowledge or experience in property management (commercial property experience preferred).
  • Competence with financial processes and basic accounting tasks
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
