Our Client is seeking a Property Administrator and Office Manager to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
- Property and site management, including liaison with contractors and industry professionals
- Provide office management and administrative duties in support of the business and principal
- Undertake a range of Financial Administrative responsibilities
- Provide Executive Support to the Principal
Key Requirements:
- Discretion and confidentiality will be key
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think ahead
- Knowledge or experience in property management (commercial property experience preferred).
- Competence with financial processes and basic accounting tasks
- Ability to build effective working relationships
