Quality Assurance Manager - Customer

Our Client is seeking a Customer Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, standards and procedures
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assess customer feedback for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client service quality
  • Manage the complaints, quality assurance function, social media platforms, and business performance in line with agreed KPIs and regulatory compliance

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Banking & Investments or a regulated environment with a risk-focused approach
  • In-depth knowledge of complaint and dispute resolution in line with regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent knowledge of current industry developments and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
