Receptionist (6 month FTC)

Our Client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a 6-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the reception desk welcomes visitors positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all the necessary stationery and materials required
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Update calendar updates and schedule booking for meeting rooms
  • Dealing with a varied range of queries/projects
  • Sorting, scanning and distribution of mail
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist in a similar environment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Attention to detail and good administrative skills to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
  • Well organised, with accuracy and timely completion of work
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
