Our Client has an opening for a Risk and Compliance Manager

This role is based in Jersey and involves supporting the Trust and Funds sectors by ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations related to Financial Services, AML/CFT, and Data Protection. The successful candidate will hold responsibilities including assisting with compliance monitoring, supporting business strategisation, and liaising with internal control functions. The position also involves acting as Deputy MLCO and Deputy Compliance Officer, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organisation.

Applicants should possess a minimum ICA Diploma, have previous experience in Trust and Funds Compliance, and demonstrate excellent knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements, including sanctions. Strong communication and decision-making skills, along with a proactive approach to risk management, are essential.
