Our client are seeking an Accountant to join their Finance team.
The Finance team are responsible for the oversight and management of finances.
Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the accounting operations of the Group companies, to include: the production of periodic financial reports; billing; third party payments; and maintenance of accounting records.
Your focus
- Managing the Finance inbox and responding to queries
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of Management Information
- Assist in the management of accounts receivable, including invoice generation, debt collection and reconciliation
- Cash management delivery and review to ensure that companies are adequately funded
- Ensuring adequate accounting procedures are in place and followed in line with regulations such as tax requirements, assist with implementing improved procedures where necessary.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of regulatory reporting requirements
Your experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 3+ years of PQE
- Effective communicator
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet commitments
- Highly accountable, holding self and others to deliver
- Demonstrate resilience and manages difficult situations
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Outlook
