Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Real Estate funds. 

The successful candidate will deliver the financial reporting requirements for a range of fund clients in a growing and exciting business. Clients will cover a variety of structures including companies, trusts and limited partnerships. This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to learn in a forward-thinking, friendly working environment.

Requirements:

• Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA)
• Experience
• At least 1 years PQE
• Experience of fund industry and general appreciation of fund structures and key documents
• Experience in producing financial statements to UK GAAP or IFRS Knowledge
• Good knowledge and understanding of current industry legislation, regulation and working practices
• Detailed knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS
