Seeking a Senior Accountant, Tax!

The successful candidate will join a relatively new but thriving Tax Compliance team, offering ambitious accountants a unique opportunity to grow their career within a rapidly developing niche focused on UK real estate structures. The focus of the work that is undertaken is UK real estate for structures based in UK, Guernsey and Jersey complementing the administrative work that the organisation provides on its global platform. The real estate clients own some of the most prestigious properties requiring VAT, CT, CIS tax compliance services. The structures are a mixture of companies, property unit trusts, limited partnerships adding interest and variety to
the role.

Requirements:

• Ideally qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by relevant experience
• Industry/ commercial/ fund/ Corporate experience
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• An aptitude for data analysis/problem solving
• Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time in order to meet deadlines
• Used to a high pressure and busy environment of a growing business line
