Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Operations team.

They are expanding the team and in this new role you will be responsible for the screening of clients, using a range of systems and databases to ensure that they proactively manage risk and comply with external regulation and legislation efficiently and effectively, and always in accordance with procedures.

This will include initial review of all routine screening, escalating to the client teams where required and ensuring appropriate reporting and follow-up is carried out. As part of the broader client operations team, you will also provide support with periodic reviews, client onboarding, data management and other operational projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out initial review of all overnight Finscan hits and google alerts.
• Complete any ad hoc screening that may be required using tools such as Scrutiny and Google.
• Escalate any hits that cannot be discounted to client handling teams.
• Maintain reporting and statistics on the outcome of hits, actions taking and resolutions.
• Ensure workflows and workloads in relation to all screening related tasks are well organised, documented and delivered on time.
