Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to support their HR Rewards and Employee Value Proposition. The successful candidate will provide support to the Head of Reward and Employee Value Proposition across all jurisdictions, with particular focus on reward, benefits and employee value proposition elements. The candidate will also be responsible for undertaking a variety of project and administrative work (at a senior level) and will be expected to collaborate with colleagues across the business, in different jurisdictions and across all levels.
- Previous benefit administration experience would be beneficial
- Comfortable with researching benefit providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Confident Excel skills and data analysis
- KYC/due diligence understanding
