Our Client is seeking a Permanent Senior Administrator, Private Clients
Join a reputable financial services company based in Jersey as a Senior Administrator within their Private Client team.
The role involves managing a diverse and varied portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting business development initiatives. You will be responsible for administering client portfolios, preparing statutory returns, and maintaining strong client relationships with an excellent level of service, while supporting the Directors as well as less experienced team members, all within a team-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional qualification such as LLB, ACA, STEP, or similar, with proven experience in trust and corporate administration. Strong knowledge of AML and KYC practices, excellent communication skills, and digital literacy are essential. Experience in trust, fiduciary, or private client services is highly valued.
