Our client has an opening for a Senior Administrator to join its Reward and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) team.
Responsibilities:
- Support annual salary and bonus reviews, including data collation and distribution.
- Facilitate promotions and progression cycles, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain Reward-related processes and policies.
- Support HR projects and annual benefit renewals.
- Update and maintain HR systems with accurate employee data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and excellent IT proficiency.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Confident communicator and self-motivated.
- Experience in reward or compensation activities is desirable but not essential.
