Senior Administrator, Reward and EVP

Our client has an opening for a Senior Administrator to join its Reward and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual salary and bonus reviews, including data collation and distribution.
  • Facilitate promotions and progression cycles, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain Reward-related processes and policies.
  • Support HR projects and annual benefit renewals.
  • Update and maintain HR systems with accurate employee data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ administration experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and excellent IT proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Confident communicator and self-motivated.
  • Experience in reward or compensation activities is desirable but not essential.
