Senior Administrator, Trust and Corporate Services

Our Client is seeking a Senior Administrator, Trust & Corporate Services to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a portfolio of high-value trust and corporate structures in line with constitutional documents, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures
  • On occasion, engage with clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering a high standard of client services
  • Ensure all statutory filings, returns, tax and financial statements are completed and filed on time.
  • Prepare and coordinate board meetings, including drafting minutes, resolutions, and maintaining comprehensive records
  • Complete periodic reviews and maintain accurate statutory registers and client records
  • Manage client due diligence (CDD) collection and ensure records remain up to date, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Trust and Company administration in a Jersey financial services firm
  • A comprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of your current area of expertise
  • Ideally hold or studying towards professional /relevant qualification (STEP or ICSA/CGI Diploma level or equivalent) or a Table 4 or 5 level qualification under Jersey Financial Services Commission Regulations
