A leading Financial services company based in Jersey is looking for a Senior Administrator to deliver comprehensive statutory and company secretarial services. The role involves maintaining accurate statutory records, managing corporate actions, and supporting client relationships within a regulatory framework. This position requires a strong background in the Trust and Corporate Services industry, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a keen focus on compliance, accuracy, and client service.
Candidates should have proven experience within Trust and Corporate Services, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of jurisdictional regulations and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.
