Senior Administrator - Corporate Services

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Corporate Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established and reputable financial services business based in Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, delivering high‑quality administration services, and building strong, trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include maintaining statutory and corporate records, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and providing day‑to‑day administrative support while consistently meeting deadlines.

Applicants should have relevant experience within Corporate Services or a fiduciary environment, along with a solid understanding of corporate record management. A relevant professional qualification, or working towards one, would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to work independently and prioritise workloads are essential.
