An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator with expertise in Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance to join a prestigious financial services company based in Jersey. The role involves providing senior governance support within a collaborative team, managing compliance, meetings, filings, and process improvements to ensure regulatory standards are met across the company's entities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in industry or professional practice, hold relevant qualifications (such as Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland/STEP), with excellent communication, organisational, and document management skills. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and ideally ViewPoint is desirable. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a confidential environment.
