Our Client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their Operations and Business Support team in Guernsey
The successful candidate will provide operational support within a leading financial services provider, managing statutory data, updating the Guernsey Registry, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves data reconciliation, managing client records, and supporting company secretarial duties, with a strong focus on AML/CFT risk monitoring and regulatory adherence.
Ideal applicants will have at least 5 years' experience in Guernsey trust and company administration, with knowledge of the Registry, strong organisational skills, and relevant professional qualifications, such as STEP or CGI, being advantageous. Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are essential.
