Senior Administrator - Private Client Services

Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator within their Private Client Services team.

Being a member of a dedicated and progressive team, the successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administration service to an international client base and their structures, whilst administering a complex client portfolio.

Technical / Professional / Qualification Requirements:

  • Completion of a relevant Professional Qualification (i.e. ICSA or STEP Diploma Level).
  • Evidence of sufficient Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
  • Understanding and experience of compliance, risk, and the mitigation thereof.
  • Understanding CRS/FATCA and economic substance, and experience with the classification thereof.
  • Acting as a “C” Signatory if required.
  • A competent understanding of the Jersey Regulatory Environment and applicable Company and Trust Laws.
  • Basic awareness of UK taxation for individuals and offshore structures.
  • Awareness of current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation and related codes of practice.
  • Transactional / restructuring experience.
