Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager to join their Family Office onboarding team 

The successful applicant will provide and promote a superior client experience in relation to the onboarding of new clients, and assisting the client facing teams with ensuring the business remains compliant with regulatory obligations whilst taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to risk-based challenges. Further, they will develop relationships and work closely with the business to ensure compliance in a control-based environment. 


  • Relevant recognised qualification (ICSA Diploma, Step Diploma, AML/CFT professional qualification or other Table 4 qualification)
  • 5+ years relevant finance industry experience either in a compliance or client facing role
  • Experience coaching or supervising more junior members of staff
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of current industry legislation, regulation & operating working practices
  • Good understanding of GDPR and risks associated with personal/special category data
  • Good understanding of source of wealth/source of funds requirements
  • Good understanding of the AML handbook
