Our Client is seeking a Senior Associate, Onboarding Advisor in Jersey

A leading financial services company is recruiting a Senior Associate, Onboarding Advisor to enhance client onboarding processes. The role involves acting as the main liaison between engagement teams, clients, and KYC Operations, ensuring smooth and compliant onboarding experiences. Knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, and legal client structures is essential. Experience in managing client relationships and understanding regulatory environments is required. A relevant AML certification would be desirable.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work towards KPIs, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Experience with complex regulatory conditions and compliance processes would be advantageous.
