Our Client has an opening for Senior Business Analyst

This role is based in Guernsey within a prominent Financial services company. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with Temenos Transact (T24), and possess a strong background in complex core banking system transformations. You will play a key role in a large-scale project modernising the bank’s core platform, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, support solution design, and ensure the successful delivery of the transformation objectives.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, along with experience supporting large-scale change programmes within financial services. An ability to manage multiple priorities and translate complex business needs into clear documentation is essential. Desirable skills include experience with third-party vendors, various delivery phases, and supporting system implementations.
