Our client, a reputable financial services company based in Jersey, is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional compliance qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in a Trust, Funds, and Company compliance environment.
Key responsibilities include reviewing new client onboarding documentation, analysing compliance-related forms, maintaining compliance files and monitoring spreadsheets, and assisting with regulatory reports. The role also involves supporting internal procedures, providing team backup, and fostering a compliance culture within the group.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a good understanding of AML/CFT/CPF legislation. Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and client database systems are essential. You should be self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player, confident in dealing with colleagues and clients alike.
